Some truths: Foreign language courses are in a class apart where you must never play for time. You can consider yourself a failure if you delay matters with regard to a foreign language course where it is compulsory for every student to plug in a minimum of 3 hours weekly and 15 minutes on a daily basis. Use all the time you have in your hands to pursue the language but never spend more than 45 minutes per session.

Partition your study into many small sessions. It is compulsory to attend regular classes to pass especially if you have taken the learning seriously. You could review your previous learning like the vocabulary - this would stand in good stead. Here are some ideas to make the learning of different sections of a foreign language course simpler.
Reading: Focus on what you read rather than going crazy over unknown words. Glance through the text book chapters every day taking one small section at a time.
Start talking: Making mistakes is natural so listen to others in the class and start to speak. Practice speaking out loud on your own, in a group of friends studying the same foreign language and with your pets such as a dog or cat.
Putting pen to paper: Practice your skills on putting down your thoughts on paper till it becomes effortless.
Request a friend to dictate some small paragraph of the language and then find out how much of it has been written correctly.
Medley of helps: You ought to have a goal and a good reason for studying the foreign language and develop good feelings towards it. Know what you are going to get from your studies and how to get them.
1.f you need help get it and do not be afraid to ask questions or ask for help for fear of sounding stupid, or being embarrassed.Never be scared or embarrassed to ask for help when you need it and ask questions when you do not understand something, because it is a natural process of learning.
2.Get audio tapes of the language and listen to them or make you own tapes and listened to yourself in order to perfect your pronunciation.To better your pronunciation, the best way is to listen to audio tapes of the language or you could record something yourself and listen. 3.For building your vocabulary, try using flash cards which are made of different colors denoting genders or nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc.
